These are double layered and have a pocket for a filter. 

A folded up paper towel works well for this, just remember to remove before washing.

The elastic is adjustable with a bead.  Please note that the bead might vary from photo.

This design sits high on your face with good coverage and I can sit my glasses onto of the mask to reduce fogging.
